I have dedicated my life as a wellness defender who is passionate about boosting personal health therapies, neutraceuticals, and vitality.  My interest in natural  health and wellness healing  began when I moved from the United States to live in The Bahamas and suffered from allergies, contact dermatitis, and fatigue.
I spent the past decade exploring and implementing health therapies related to comprehensive "whole person" health, nutrition, behavioral health, and functional or naturopathic alternatives.  I believe in "self-care" and non-invasive herbs, supplements, essential oils, including spices for science-based approaches  to healing of the human body.  I use Wellness Defense therapies, treatments, and programs to move with each stage of my life and well-being.  I welcome all and would like to share my industry standards of pure and free discoveries in your life.
